About Me
I do have a recruiter experience for almost two years in a Business Processing Outsourcing company hear in the Philippines. And that would be for Sitel Philippines as a Recruitment Associate and Concentrix Philippines as a Recruitment Specialist. As a recruiter my main task way back when I was working there. I do the end to end process from assisting the candidate by creating their online profile registration conducting initial and behavioral interviews, endorsing them for the account that they are qualified and providing their specific exam for their specific account. As a recruiter, I am also the one who endorsed the applicant for the final interview if they passed all the exams and interviews.
