About Me

With over 6 years of experience in Call Centre and 10 years’ experience in Customer Service, I have developed a strong understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction and retention.

I am confident that my skills and experience make me a great fit for this role. I have been responsible for managing a team of 15 team mates for building, coaching and leading a winning tele sales team in order to achieve specific revenue targets through outbound sales calls.

Additionally, I have the ability to deal with the most difficult customer to ensure they remain calm, so I can determine why they are upset and find the best possible solution to the problem.
