I am Sarah Lynn Santiago. I am currently residing here in the Philippines.
As a licensed Electronics Engineer here in the Philippines, I am knowledgeable with Basic Electronics, MATLAB, AutoCAD, Logic Friday, NI Multisim, C++ Language and Microsoft Office.
As for my previous job in Accenture, which is an Associate Software Engineer, I was a part of a Sustain/Support Team wherein I monitor the system of our cloud based application which uses SAP Ariba, troubleshoot technical issues, conducted testing to ensure the functionality of the new releases of our system and root cause analysis to provide permanent fix to some technical issues.
In addition, I can provide e-mail support and will do my best to achieve my clients' satisfaction. Also, I am always willing to learn in order to provide the best possible support to my clients.
