Sapna Kolse

My name is Sapna Kolse, and I have been working in the healthcare industry for the past few years, where I have handled various responsibilities including crisis management, hospital compliances, and team coordination.

I am known for my calm and composed nature during challenging situations such as patient complications, mass casualty incidents, and emergency response handling. Along with that, I regularly manage daily, weekly, and monthly hospital documentation and compliance tracking, ensuring everything stays in line with protocol.

I strongly believe in continuous learning. I’m currently improving my English communication, and I’m also personally inclined towards spiritual growth and emotional balance, which helps me stay grounded and focused.

Outside of work, I’m a mother of a teenage son, and balancing both personal and professional responsibilities has made me stronger, more organized, and empathetic. I’m looking forward to contributing my experience, discipline, and positive.
