• Worked in Accenture Bangalore, Bang 2 Bannerghatta Road as a senior customer Executive for a period of 1 year and 6 months for a UK Process named Virgin Media. It was an inbound customer care where we dealt with Cable TV, Phone and Broad band services. 2006.
• Worked with Intelenetglobal Services Delhi, For the process Orbitz Fulfillment as a Process trainer for the last 8 years. Also have been certified as a facilitator by British Council. Have worked in Galelio, Amadeus, Apollo, Worldspan, Sabre, Shares and Deltamatic GDS Global Distribution system. Taking care of ORBITZ, American express travel and also Ebookers which is an online travel agency. Here we get in contact with the airlines and work together on flights and reservations on behalf of the passengers.
