I am the Managing Director of Himalaya Carpet Industries, Kathmandu, since July 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in the handmade carpet sector. I began my journey as the proprietor of Ajanta Carpet Industries from 1991 to 1995, where I built a strong foundation in craftsmanship and quality. Between 1995 and 2005, I lived in the USA, gaining international exposure and valuable business insights that now guide my result oriented leadership. Known for being honest, hardworking, and dedicated, I lead the Himalaya Carpet Industries family with a clear focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. My goal is to blend Nepal’s rich carpet making traditions with global market expectations. Under my leadership, we are committed to promoting high quality, hand knotted carpets that reflect both heritage and innovation.
