I am an operations and project management professional with a strong background in English language, literature, and translation, and extensive experience working within international, donor funded organizations. I began my career as a local project coordinator on an EU funded project, where I supported project implementation, budgeting, and reporting, and participated in international capacity building initiatives. Over time, I transitioned into the Operations Department, where my role evolved to overseeing contractual, procurement, and operational processes across multiple countries, including Belgium, Palestine, Jordan, and Tunisia. I currently manage procurement, partnerships, legal compliance, and operational systems, with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring donor compliance.
