About Me
As a Sr. Quality Analyst at Concentrix, I apply my skills in quality evaluation, and technical support to ensure the highest quality of service delivery and customer satisfaction. I joined Concentrix in Jul 2023, after completing a short term contract as a Website Designer at Buszman, a Polish communication and research consultancy, where I designed and developed responsive and user friendly websites for various clients. Before that, I worked as an IT Technician at the Tanzania Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, where I provided IT support and maintenance for the ministrys network and systems.
I have more than two years of work experience in the IT sector, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools. I am a graduate of Masters degree in Cognitive Technologies at The Silesian University of Technology, thanks to a scholarship from the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange NAWA.
