My name is Sakina Fatima from Hyderabad. i have completed my bachelors degree in Zoology, Microbiology and Chemistry from Osmania University. In addition to my degree i have completed my B.ed in Biological and Physical science and completed my Masters degree in Master of Education from Osmania University. I have been working as teacher and academic coordinator for 6 years, specialized in Biological science and physical science. then i have been working as a Virtual Customer service at Amazon for 6 months on a contract basis. I enjoy helping people through chats and emails. I am self motivated and work well independently which makes remote work a great fit for me. I was helping delivery partner with off road issues like with there block timings and package issues. I play a supportive role in helping delivery partners when off road issues arise. I would handle the situation with patience, empathy and professionalism. my role is always to support the partner to get back on the road .
