I have acquired valuable expertise in a wide range of industries, including technology, marketing, sales, and finance. This diverse background has nurtured my ability to seamlessly adapt to different work environments and assume various roles. However, most of my experience is focused on the sales and technology industry, and I have worked closely with business owners, clients, and subject matter experts. My experience in sales has allowed me to develop many soft skills, including communication, leadership, prospecting, cold and warm calling, and client follow up; therefore, I can easily foster client relationships, deal with difficult customers, and establish their trust. My experience with various software, CRM tools and programming languages increases my productivity and makes me adaptable to emerging technologies. Currently, I am studying to become a Software Engineer in Universidad Anáhuac, contributing to my continuous learning and knowledge regarding software development.
