Hi My name is Ryan Ray Onate, you can call me RR. I had been in a call center industry for over 12 years now. I would say that I am a results oriented individual and a team player who works with integrity and reliability. I am also sociable and easy to work with. I have received multiple recognitions from the companies I work with that shows how dedicated I am in delivering my tasks. Im loyal and I valued tenureship. Regarding my work experiences I started my career as a technical support for a consumer product under Sykes, but later moved to a Level 2 technical support for a gaming console from another company. I became a customer service representative from another company and was absorbed as a complaints coordinator with Telstra. Much later I became a helpdesk representative.
