Hi, Im Rowena Flores, 45yrs old. Mother of 4. I previously worked on Manufacturing company since year 2001for almost 22yrs. I started as a Production Inspectress/ Quality control of the process then become Data Encoder. After 3years of working become a Production Clerk wherein I am responsible in doing paperworks, encoding, generate weekly and monthly reports of the team.
After several years promoted as Production Supervisor wherein my duties and responsibilities are handle operators and to target the required outputs in good and timely manner. Conduct 5s in the line. Ensure safety of the team in the line at all times. Monitor the line and generate reports. Attend and facilitate Tool Box meeting. Conduct DRB and provide why why analysis of the issue encountered.
August 2022 I returned to worked after giving birth to.my youngest. And from that I decided to file my resignation due to family matter. I decided to focus on my family concerns and assist my husband on their family business
