My background spans product definition, system workflows, execution planning, and cross functional coordination, supported by a strong foundation in UI/UX, analytics, and technology management. I have led initiatives end to end — from problem framing and requirements to governance structures, prioritisation, and delivery — often operating as a single point of accountability across multiple stakeholders. Alongside product and consulting work, I have owned program and operations leadership for international hackathons, large scale festivals, and multi initiative technical organisations, managing scope, timelines, risk, and execution at scale. These experiences strengthened my ability to design repeatable processes, align teams, and deliver outcomes reliably under pressure.
