Rosebell Narciso

I am Rosebell B. Narciso. I work for the Department of Education in the Philippines as an elementary teacher. I am specializing reading.

Presently, I am the District Literacy and Curriculum Resources Coordinator for Australian Foundation in Fostering Learning in the Philippines AFFLIP, supported by mostly retired educators in Australia.

I can work well in developing reading skills of children in K-12.

I have worked in the Basic Education Assistance in Mindanao or BEAM, an Australian Project in coordination with the Philippine Department of Education as the Elementary English Specialist.

I was also a writer of several Learning Guides for students and teachers of Department of Education that our teachers across Mindanao, Philippines are utilizing.

I was also teacher demonstrator on Learning Assessment that served as a model for teachers in the department. It was filmed and viewed by teachers and school administrators across Regions XI, XII and ARMM in the Philippines
