As a CS representative voice/email LOB I managed incoming calls/answering email and customer service inquiries. Also, I do identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.

I also managed in Adding/Editing product listing, Sales report, Answering customer's email, Managing customer's order/return/cancellation, Removing negative feedback, Monitoring RFA shipment, Processing FBA removal order, and etc.
I was with Amazon Customer Service Phones/Email. I assisted customer's inquiry through phones/email, Process refunds and replacement, Check the status of the order and assisting customer's complaint.
