My name is Rohan Shahaji Shinde, and I’m an Application Support Engineer with over 3 years of hands on experience in managing production environments and ensuring high availability for business critical applications.

In my current role at Kyndryl Solutions, I’ve been responsible for end to end application support, including incident management, log analysis, SQL based troubleshooting, and batch job monitoring. I’ve handled multiple high priority issues under pressure, ensuring minimal downtime and complete SLA compliance.

I have a strong technical foundation in SQL, UNIX/Linux, Oracle, and tools like ServiceNow, IBM Tivoli, and BMC Remedy. Beyond support, I’ve also developed automation scripts using Shell scripting that reduced repetitive manual work and improved overall team efficiency.
What sets me apart is my proactive approach — I don’t just resolve incidents, I focus on preventing them through continuous monitoring and root cause analysis.
