I am a Advertising Graphic Designer, Diploma in Visual Communication, develop my skills in project management, art direction, design and production leadership in the areas of software development e-learning, web projects, multimedia and print. In my career I have organized and led teams of graphic designers and methodology for conducting e-learning courses, leading the development of creative proposals, flash interfaces and objects for each course content. I coordinated the development of multimedia projects from its look and feel to completion and delivery of finished products and tested, I have made corporate video direction, UI design for applications such as performance evaluations and climate surveys and have made the corporate editorial design for magazines. In my experience I have been responsible for forming teams including the recruitment of employees, management and performance monitoring of these, aiming at the impeccability of work and meeting deadlines and on budget.
