Jose, as they usually call me, has about 17 years experience in Civil Engineering. 7 years of which was spent in research for construction building materials and geotechnical investigations at university setting. Jose has spent about 4.5 years working as geotechnical engineer in Palau 89km road and bridge construction. Another 7 years of which was spent in project development and based in South Korea but most of the time he is involved in engineering projects funded by Multilaterial Development Banks in Southeast Asia.
