About Me
Hello!
I am a professional CAD/CAM designer, currently working for a premier performance automotive aftermarket supplier. My focus is on vehicle packaging and 3D product design. I develop early engineering concepts all the way to production release for sales. Plastic and metal castings, sheet metal fabrication, hose routings, component clearance checks, etc. In this field I have gained experience with NX/UG, Catia V5, and a bit of Solidworks.
I also have a background in custom architectural woodwork design - think hospital cabinets, solid surface countertops, university reception desks, casino bars, etc. This yielded several years of experience creating 2D AutoCAD shop drawings for manufacturing and installation, as well as time spent in the field on significant job sites.
Looking to pay off student loans. Available most nights and weekends.
