Richard Tito

I am a civil and structural engineer who is fascinated by refining and optimizing processes in order to achieve organizational goals. With four years of experience and a great reservoir of knowledge, I consider myself a leader in my field of work. Over the years, my primary motivation has been to bridge the divide between community and infrastructure. Recognizing and serving the needs of society has always provided me with a sense of joy and accomplishment that I do not take for granted. I value the relationships I have had thus far since they have molded my character.
My leadership philosophy is founded on three key tenets: employee satisfaction, community involvement, and profitability. By concentrating on these critical factors, I was able to boost organizational profitability while also assuring the satisfaction of all stakeholders. In all encounters, I employ situational leadership, which allows for more flexibility while interacting with people from many walks of life.
