I am Richard Nuwagaba a 29 year old Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with a background in information technology currently working with the Grameen foundation. I monitor and report in various forms the progress of impact delivery of a Bill and Melinda Gates funded Mobile agricaultural extension program called the Community Knowledge worker that seeks to improve farmer's incomes through agricultural extension using mobile phones.
My experience is in M&E structural design, Research & analytics R, Stata, Excel, SPSS, RCTs, matching and regression and fixed effects models including difference-in-differences,
I am at a point where I have quite sometime outside my official job and I am looking for extra work.
I am passionate about the use of data to drive program decision making to achieve and measure impact.
