I have 10 years of experience in recruitment and selection at all levels, large volume projects and for about 6 months on the Olympic project I worked in a more generalist role. I am a committed, resilient and results oriented professional.

During the Rio 2016 project, where I directly participated in the recruitment and selection of all IT professionals, I was able to develop skills and competencies such as emotional intelligence, working under pressure and conflict resolution, in addition to communication with the client. I have always had good interpersonal relationships with my coworkers and I highly value a good professional environment.

On the Oi Digital project I was able to develop the recruitment and selection of IT/digital professionals, which sparked my passion for concepts such as cloud, AI, machine learning, blockchain, among others.
