I have spent over ten years working in a research environment with a focus molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, and mammalian cell culture. Throughout my research journey, I have cultivated a diverse skill set covering a wide range of laboratory techniques, including but not limited to chromatography, spectroscopy, electrophoresis and western blotting, ELISA, FACS, qPCR, CRISPR/Cas9, retroviral transduction, gene cloning, plasmid design, mammalian and microbial cell culture, nano particle isolation and tracking, as well as electron, light and fluorescent microscopy. This proficiency has been obtained through years of hands on research and experimentation. I have been involved with both animal, in vitro cell and human research programs and have managed subjects during the process.
