My name is Daniella Abuyen. I’m a senior high school graduate from the Philippines, and I took the General Academic Strand.During my senior high school years, I had the opportunity to experience working in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel and restaurant services. and I completed my on the job training at a hotel, where I learned the importance of professionalism, hospitality, and customer care.After graduating, I became a full time mom, and while staying at home, I started my own online business.For over four years now, I’ve been selling products online, which has helped me become confident in dealing with different types of customers. Through this experience, I became confident in communication, handling concerns, and building trust with clients.At the same time, I also started learning content creation. I edit videos and create online content to earn extra income. I enjoy this creative side of work, and it also helps me express my passion and reach more people.
