Renee Blanchard

Over the past six years I have worked across a wide range of roles, projects and clients whilst working for Capgemini plc. I have also completed a number of qualifications during this time including a BSc in Digital and Technology Solutions. I now work as a Technical Business Analyst specializing in Agile Software Development. I am very flexible and able to quickly learn new ways of working and adapt to new roles and responsibilities as required by the team or client.
I have experience in Behaviour Driven Development BDD, Design Thinking, Business Benefits management, Risk Management, User Journey Mapping, Business Process Development and User Experience / User Interface UX/UI.
I see challenges as opportunities to learn something new and like to create goals for myself and my colleagues in order to learn and develop myself, my skills and my team further. I value hard work but understand that a team who is strongly bonded socially will excel in the professional world too, therefore I aim to ensure motivation is high where possible.
