Im a jolly and bubbly type of person I always take to lead the group towards any activities and making sure that I am a good example towards my team.
Ive been in the customer service and technical support industry for more than a decade handling different accounts and line of businesses.
At this, time I really wanted to be out of my comfort zone and venture my self into the world of freelancing. If I am given the opportunity I will be eager to learn and attend trainings for me to be equip towards being a virtual assistant. I am also a fast learner person, clever and smart. Once I an given a task I am passionate and dedicated to make sure that certain task is done prior deadlines. Although I do not yet have extensive experience as a Virtual Assistant, I bring with me a strong background in the BPO industry, where I gained expertise in customer service support, technical support, email support, web hosting, airline booking, and freight services.
