I have my Masters in Social Work but currently work for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid CMS. I have worked in the field as a social worker, but I soon realized I wanted to try something else. I have worked as a Price Book Manager for an oil company with a chain of convenient stores, I have worked as a grant administrator for a community college and have implemented grant programs, completed research for grant applications, and implemented grant programs. I have experience with CRM software. I currently use Microsoft Dynamics in addition to all applications offered by Microsoft[removed]I have worked for a law firm as a virtual/in person paralegal.. I have incredibly strong communication skills, and I am great at writing just about anything. I can analyze data and identify patterns or generate a report with hard data. I also have strong customer service skills and can provide telephone, email, and chat support and deliver complete customer satisfaction.
