In my most recent role as Commercial Team Leader at W&J Linny Ltd, I have been
responsible for leading a team of Commercial Administrators to deliver timely and
data accurate reports alongside assisting other departments with their finance
needs. I have extensive experience in leading a team, helping new team members
grow in their positions and also completing the finanial tasks required of the
department and board members.

Specifically I have led a team of 4 members responsible for numerous high profile
clients and their needs to have commercial governance and transparency through
their projects from start to finish. This includes generating billing cycles, processing payments and allocation into the inhouse system. I have implemented several processes and systems that interlink different areas of the business to feed into the commercial team, so we have a full view of the projects and the costs associated with these when entering the billing cycle.
