I have experience with different type of platforms and tools such as Shopee & Lazada seller dashboard, Freshdesk ticketing dashboard & Tawk.to live chat system. Im also have experience in handling various type of customer inquiries such as product/order inquiries, payment/refund/return/cancellation inquiries, deposit/withdrawal fund transaction, feedbacks & complaints.

I managed to achieve customer satisfaction rate and reduce customer complaint by providing excellent services and follow up. Besides, I am always eager to learn new skills and enhance my career journey. I am also open to new opportunities and challenges in customer support field.
