I am a customer oriented professional with various type of working experiences in different type of industry such as telecommunications, e commerce & fintech. I have passion for helping customers and solving their problem in timely and efficient manner.
I have worked with different type of platforms and tools such as Shopee & Lazada seller dashboard, nemo analyzer, CRM system, email, Freshdesk ticketing & live chat system. I have also handle various type of customer inquiries such as product/order inquiries, refund/cancellation, deposit/withdrawal fund transaction, feedbacks & complaints.
I achieved a 95% customer satisfaction rate with high rating on e commerce platform and reduce customer complaint by providing excellent services and follow up. Besides, I am always eager to learn new skills and enhance my career journey. I am also open to new opportunities and challenges in customer support field.
