I have experience in Admin task exposed in MS office eg : excel,word and power point and has experience in Email task. I am proficient in prioritizing and completing tasks in a timely manner.
I have customer service experience for 8 years dealing with US clients and was also a technical support representative for various accounts. Thus this experience led me to be promoted as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
I also have experience in Real State services where I worked as a Marketing Associate, taking calls regarding inquiries on Apartments , House for rents and the restrictions before they can rent the house. I also do booking for home visits.
