Rahab Githinji

I am an undergraduate with a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, and a diploma in Business Administration from Mount Kenya University and an Full Member of IHRM.
I have more than 10 years’ work experience in the Human Resource payroll and benefits Administration department, I have had a chance to exercise my Human Resource and Administrative Manpower skills from Endmore Steel Millers and from Colnet Limited and now currently Magic Slots Ltd, where I managed and supervised 300 employees.
I possess other Administrative skills such as, listening skills, patience, and communication skills, project management skills I am a team player, flexible and can multi task.
I am techno smart with knowledge in IHRS, like sage 300 people currently Using, Aren, Time and Attendance and software from Endevour Africa LTD.

I am Well conversant with the Kenyan labor laws and also the ILO, I have conflict resolution skills as well as organizational and communication skills all which are vital skills need
