About Me
Ive worked with HSBC Contact Centre Malaysia for 3 years which involves handling inbound and outbound call pertaining to credit cards and bank account enquiries. The job also involves internal email handling and following on with customers on their cases.
Subsequently, I moved on to other contact centres in Malaysia such as Maxis and Shangri La Group.
Currently, Im attached with BlueSG Pte Ltd, Singapore for 2.5 years as a Customer Service Advisor and BlueSG is a well known car sharing services whereby the job scope involves handling inbound and outbound calls, email handling, drafting templates for business purposes as well as administrative task.
Gradually, Ive moved on with my role from being a Customer Service Advisor to Senior Customer Service /Expert position with BlueSG Pte Ltd from January 2021 until current period which has been more than 1 year experience in management level.
