Racheal Tusiime

Racheal Lucky Tusiime doubles as a Programs Coordinator and Resource Mobilizer for African Women and Girls Organisation a local nonprofit organization in Uganda that offer empowerment programs to vulnerable adolescent girls and women in Uganda. In her capacity she provides extensive leadership and strategic direction for all programs of the organization. She works closely with her colleagues to implement programing, partnerships, coalitions, monitor and evaluate the overall programs implementation. Her leadership has seen African Women and Girls Organisation join various local partnerships and coalitions the most recent being ‘’Girls Not Brides’’ a Global Partnership to End Child Marriages. Many programs and ventures under the organization have received funding from different donors due to strategic leadership and influence.
Her creativeness along with results proven ability to apply new ideas as made her a Marketing and Communications specialist a role she has practiced for a period
