Soon after my study I joined DANIDA in Aug.1988 and worked for NRD-II Project funded by DANIDA. It was an integrated project comprises of Mass Education Programme, Health, Livestock, Fisheries, Irrigation, Cooperative Marketing, Maintenance schools, rural roads, bridge, culverts, markets. etc. There were 70 participating agencies.

I was involved in financial reporting, arranged training for accountants of all participating agencies and conduct training programmes. Besides, training curriculum development, frequent field visits to maintain on job training of each participating accountant office. I continued there till[removed].

I joined another DANIDA funded project name Water Supply and Sanitation Pilot Project in Chaumohani and Laksmipur areas in Noakhali on 01 July 1992 due to phasing out my earlier one. Initially it was started in 02 pourashavas then extended taking more pourashavas within Greater Noakhali and Greater Barisal District under different phase. Project activities we
