Over the last 8+ years, I have worked on diverse projects spanning e learning, insurance, healthcare, e commerce, and content management systems CMS. This diversity has given me a deep understanding of different business domains, system architectures, and testing approaches.

My journey began with manual testing, where I learned to analyze applications from the user’s point of view — identifying functional gaps, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks. Over time, I expanded my skill set to include API testing using Postman, SQL validation, and basic automation scripting, allowing me to perform more in depth, data driven testing and ensure backend consistency.

Working closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners, I’ve contributed to reducing production defects by 30% and improving release efficiency through better sprint planning and regression management. My proactive approach has consistently helped teams save time, enhance quality, and deliver faster.
