Purva Khetarpal

My name is Purva Khetarpal, and I am an HR professional with experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, training, and HR operations. I completed my MBA in HR from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from KIIT College of Engineering.

I have worked as an HR Recruiter Trainee at Ananta Resource Management, where I handled end to end recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, and Learning & Development initiatives. Before this, I worked with FIS Global Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. as a Fraud/Dispute Analyst and later as a Quality Analyst, managing audits, process improvements, and performance reporting.
