roles and Responsibilities:

Performing PTF activities on Quarterly basis.
Handling with Mimix DG Errors, DB Errors, Audits and Involving in Mimix up gradation activities.
Performing Save/Restore activities as per the client requests.
Scheduling, Monitoring and troubleshooting the backups while using BRMS tool as per the business requirement.
Adding disks to the servers if ASP reached threshold.
Scheduling, Monitoring and troubleshooting the jobs as per the client requests.
Working with Incident Tickets and Service requests using the ticketing tool LANDesk.
Knowledge on FLASH COPY Backups, RTS backups and BRMS Backups.
System HEALTH CHECK on daily basis.
Handling QSYSOPR messages and notifies business accordingly within the SLA.
Manage, Monitor and control jobs and output queues
Working with job display, adding, changing holding, releasing, submitting and scheduling jobs.
User Profile Management.
Performing Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Entire System Backup Opt 21 Save using BRMS and
