Priyanka is a seasoned professional from Mckinsey and KPMG who has successfully transitioned into a senior corporate role with on-line responsibilities; she has directly managed projects in areas—such as, ZBB, growth strategies, market analysis, strategic planning, category & pricing analysis, due diligence, and competitive intelligence.
Till recently, Priyanka was involved in designing and implementing a regional strategy for Kraft spreads for their food service and retail channel across AMEA. As a regional head of ZBB, she was responsible for improving margins for the company by implementing new lean initiatives.
Over the last few years, Priyanka has been involved in a diverse range of projects, including the designing and implementation of a ‘Granularity of Growth Model’ for FMCG companies at McKinsey, setting up of a US Research team in KPMG’s Centre of Excellence, and creating a strategy growth roadmap for a multinational company.
