I am Prisca L. Ndlovu, a passionate Business Analyst with a Diploma in Information Communication Development Applications Development from University of Mpumalanga obtained 2019, along with a Matric Certificate completed in[removed]I hold certifications in IBM Application Development 2018 and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ 900, 2020. A recent Business Analyst at CIB IT Investment Banking Standard Bank July 2020 May 2025, where I support Advanced Commercial Banking System ACBS. I manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and write SQL queries to derive insights. I monitor dashboards, assist with system integrations, and train new staff members. Previously, at Khonology Nov 2019 June 2020, I worked with HTML, CSS, Angular, and Agile/Scrum, honing my data analysis and engineering skills.
