I’m currently the HR / Head of Operations for a fashion retail brand based in Nigeria with branches scattered all over the country, I work effectively with all 8 outlets and over 200 employees, I have built first hand exposure to people management, I drive talent retention through employee skill development, performance management, and employee engagement, I have also built and maintained a standard business structure and business management method which has increased employee output and sales increase.
