Ive spent my career sitting at the intersection of business and technology translating complex stakeholder needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional specifications that engineering teams can actually build from. At Tech Mahindra, I led requirements for a banking clients loans mobile app, improving customer onboarding and loan disbursement processes. At Epsilon, I delivered end to end solutions from wireframes and BRDs to UML diagrams and data visualizations. And early in my career at Better Mortgages and XL Dynamics, I gained strong roots in loan risk analysis and process quality.
What drives me is product thinking. Im not just documenting requirements; Im asking why and what will this enable for the user? Thats what led me to earn my CSPO certification and transition fully into a Product Owner role.
