I am all about efficient service delivery, digital channels and Product Management. An Information Technology graduate from the University of Hertfordshire, adorned with over five years experience in Customer Service, User Support, Digital Banking, Customer Experience, and Product Management.
I have won several Customer Service and innovation awards, and have partaken in multiple e channel projects at Access Bank, including presenting my very own solution; Securemoji to the banks MD Herbert Wigwe and Board of Directors at Dragons Den, a solution which was greenlit and implemented as a login enhancement mechanism on one of the banks flagship mobile applications.
As a competent and confident communicator, service delivery and creativity are always at the bedrock of my work ethic. A valiant multitasker consistently obtaining scores of A during appraisals, I put what has been described as his forensic level of attention to detail, to good use.
I also enjoy a good laugh.
