Pradeep Prabhakar

With over nineteen years of work experience in the IT and HR fields, I am a Specialist at Qualitest, a leading software testing and quality engineering company. I joined Qualitest in April 2021, after working as a US/UK/EU Recruiter at Q Analysts, which is now part of Qualitest. Before that, I was a Resource Manager at QSolv Inc, an IT consulting and staffing firm. In my current role, I leverage my skills in HR, recruiting, employee relations, and IT to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various projects and roles across different regions and industries. I also support the onboarding and ensure compliance with the companys policies and procedures. I am passionate about finding the best talent for Qualitest, and creating a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. I hold a DISM certification from Aptech Computer Education, and a Java Developer certification from SSI Education. I am proficient in English, and have a BCOM degree from Bharathiar University.
