A highly motivated individual over four years experience in administrative works. I am very good in written and oral communication skills, excellent customer service, attentive to details and ability to work with a team to achieve set targets. Also, I am trustworthy, hardworking and able to work under pressure to deliver set goals and targets. I am an eager and willing learner too.
I have completed an eight week intensive program from ALX Africa. We have dived deeply into Google workspace and the main focus was on Google docs, Google drive, Google form, calendar, email, sheets and slides. We also covered most hands on practical skills of a VA which includes travel and ticketing, booking of accommodation, data entry, project management and covered minutes writing and appropriate taking of meeting notes.
