We are ranking this freelancer with a 4 star only because she was able to do the work required, however the timelines, communications and comprehension quality were not met by own initiatives, to ensure are our deadline was via scheduling. I believe if this was fixed , she will be able to be more successful in her career as a freelancer. If in her future projects with us, she fixes this we will rate her a 4 star ranking. So i would recommend her for future work but not for tight deadline projects unless she changes her methodology
