Pooja Bachhane

My name is Pooja Bachhane, and I am committed to working for social development, especially in the areas of skill development, women empowerment, and livelihood creation. I have hands on experience in organizing and managing training programs focused on helping women and youth become self reliant through practical skills.
Currently, I am associated with Shweta Shyam Sharnam Kalyan Sanstha, an NGO based in Madhya Pradesh. Through this organization, I lead and support various community based initiatives such as sewing, candle making, beauty parlor training, and handmade crafts. My focus is on empowering women from underprivileged backgrounds and creating sustainable opportunities for them.
