About Me
My name is Phillip. I was born and raised in South Africa. I fell in love with the field of HR when I was in highschool. I was always able to understand the commercial aspects of business but I was fascinated with people and why we are who we are. I thus decided to study Human Resource Management at the University of Stellenbosch where I majored in Industrial Psychology, Psychology and Public & Development Management. I have 5 years of solid experience in all areas of HR such as learning & development, general recruitment, tech recruitment , labour relations, change management, payroll and HR business partnering. I am an extremely trustworthy person with an exceptional skill of building a trustworthy relationship with everyone I meet. This skill has allowed me to work on projects and contribute to projects along with senior and top management in my current and previous companies.
