Having over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, most of which I spent in the HR world, I have a holistic approach when it comes to matching companies with the right candidates. As the founder and HR advisor at Bmind, I have over four years of experience in helping organizations establish and improve employee oriented processes, from full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and lifelong learning, to performance management and succession planning. I have a masters degree in computer science and pedagogy, which enables me to leverage educational technologies and design competency based development plans for employees.
