I am Paula Odindo. I have three years of experience as a customer service assistant at Absa bank of Kenya and a bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce from the Technical University of Kenya. Currently am pursuing MSc in Economics and Business Administration Innovation and Business Development as at February[removed]During my time at Absa Bank of Kenya, I learnt how best to communicate with customers, handle their queries and complaints and resolve the issues in time. For the past years, I was responsible for managing the call rate that come in to the contact center, and since I was put on that role the customer engagement numbers increased by 35%.
I have worked with various institutions which gave me experience on using excel files in filing and creating budgets. During my time as the freelancer I was in control of the accounts Payable and Receivables books as I had to reconcile the ledgers before submitting my reports.
