I am 48 years old, single mother and have recently resigned from the Australian Embassy in Manila for career shift. I have decided to work from home to spend more time with my family.

During my employment at the embassy, I have engaged with Diplomats and high profile delegates from various countries.

I have experience with client services from my previous employment as Senior Visa Processing officer. On my previous role as a Visa Processing Officer I am delegated to grant and decline visa entry to Australia. Part of my task as a Visa processing officer was to interview clients either by telephone call or face to face and have done many in the past. Further, I am also task to communicate with other post in Australia and other Embassies globally.

I am trainable, flexible and have good English skills both in written and verbal.

I have knowledge in Word, Excel, Office, outlook and I am willing to be trained if the role requires.
